The Digital Success Engineering team aims to enhance customer enablement through a unified digital platform. As demand for Agentforce and AI solutions grows, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Software Engineer (SMTS) to join our core development team.
This key role focuses on integrating digital properties and advanced AI technologies, enhancing our platform with expert-led learning and certification. You will also improve search capabilities using Data Cloud.
Candidates need expertise in Salesforce development and knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). Your work will accelerate the implementation of our unified platform and streamline our development processes.
In this role, you will collaborate with Product Managers, Application Architects, Data Scientists, and Deep Learning Researchers to understand customer needs, design prototypes, and implement innovative technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.6+ years of industry experience in software engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level platform and integration development.Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce core technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).Demonstrated experience with MuleSoft for building and managing integrations.Proven knowledge and practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Tableau.Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP frameworks, with a proven ability to apply these technologies to business problems.Familiarity with modern software development practices, including Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and version control (Git).Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Knowledge
Experience with Salesforce Core Platform and Agentforce development.Prior experience in the learning technology or customer enablement space.Knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certifications.Unleash Your Potential
