Position Overview:
We are looking for Support Engineer L2 with 3+ years of experience in Python/Shell/SQL scripting, automation, basic SQL Query, working knowledge of .NET C#/C++, and Cloud environment, preferably AWS.
This role involves resolving tickets involving the tools/applications, performing primary analysis, and identifying fixes using scripting/SQL query/automation to problems reported.
The candidate should be able to automate using scripting, collaborate with delivery teams, and handle service requests effectively.
No code changes are required.
Must be open to working in shifts if required.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle level 2 (L2) production issues and service requests.
· Perform primary diagnostic and analysis of issues.
· Develop fixes to resolve issues promptly using automation/scripting.
· Prepare incident reports and implement fixes or preventive measures.
· Provide technical mentoring to L1 engineers.
· Open to working in shifts if required.
Soft Skills:
Ability to quickly debug, resolve, and respond to production issues under pressure.

· 3+ years of strong experience in application support with Python/Shell/SQL Scripting, Automation, and working knowledge of .NET Core and AWS.
