The Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a squad of software engineers and SDETs, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining the technical backlog, working with product managers to build the roadmap, and scheduling releases. Additionally, you will create development and growth plans for engineers, participate in business case development for new projects, and maintain reporting of delivery status and timelines. This role operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on high quality and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Bring
8+ years of experience in software development3+ years of experience directly managing engineersStrong experience with Angular, Ruby on Rails, Postgres, .NET, Docker, and Kubernetes (k8s)Proficiency in containerized microservicesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skills to articulate technical concepts and solutionsExperience in leading technical projects and providing strategic directionA passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trendsFamiliarity with Jira and Agile methodologiesUnderstanding of SDLC processes and best practicesAbility to provide high-level estimations and contribute to roadmap refinementA go-getter attitude with the ability to work autonomously and shape deliveryFocus on high quality and on-time delivery
