Minimum qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. + 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript). + 1 year of experience with data structures or algorithms. + 1 year of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems. Preferred qualifications: + Experience with Android, Android Builds, AOSP and the Android Stack. + Experience in continuous deployment / testing environments, automated testing setups, hardware emulation. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world. + Design and implement tools to help shape and validate our new and latest family of Pixel products. + Design and implement software that uses emulated hardware that runs in our own continuous infrastructure. + Contribute to continuous test systems for core Pixel software components. + Establish automated quality control and gates. + Develop insights by automating metric collection through software from small and large device populations.
