We are seeking a Software Engineer who has experience developing interfaces to integrations to join our team today.
**Responsibilities**
+ Design and development of “plugins” for the platform that are used for integrating with external systems.
+ Involved with all aspects of software development, working to create and maintain the most reliable, secure and performant service for our customers.
+ Contribute to improvements in processes and deliverables that increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team in responding to customer and business needs.
+ Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to leadership, team members and other stakeholders.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ BS in computer science, related technology field, or equivalent experience with 2+ years experience
+ You have hands-on experience with development and maintenance of applications and unit tests to a high quality
+ Unit testing, end-to-end testing, and test-driven development experience
+ Experience with JavaScript in Node.js
+ Familiarity with DevOps and DevSecOps
+ Experience with GIT or equivalent version control system
+ Strong written and oral communication skills in English
+ Ability to operate effectively and independently in a dynamic, fluid environment
+ Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and a deployment pipeline such as Jenkins.
+ Detail oriented approach to building secure, stable, software
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience developing in containerised environments (such as docker)
+ Experience with associated tools such as Postman, IDEs (e.g. Visual Studio Code)
+ Experience with integration-Platform-as-a-Service (iPaaS) offerings
+ Experience using Linux and an understanding of networking concepts
+ Experience with other interface types (GraphQL, MQTT etc)
+ Experience with Agile development practices such as Scrum or Kanban
+ In depth understanding of the entire software development lifecycle
+ Experience using REST APIs
