How You’ll Make an Impact
Design and implement new functionality that is testable and performant with limited oversight and guidance following best practices and approved code patternsOperate within the various elements of Spectrum’s applicable technical systems and the impacts of their work on the organization’s outcomesUnderstand and apply different SDLC processes, particularly Agile and Scrum; participates fully in Scrum ritualsUnderstand and apply applicable technology security and industry regulatory and legal compliance considerationsIdentify fixes to defects raised and system integration issuesLead code review, debugging, and testing of software applications.Provide an LOE on a project/feature levelDevelop software independently and write testable and performant codeDevelop technical requirements and technical design documentsSupport major deployments and resolve critical deployment issuesCollaborate with other team members to identify and solve technical problemsRespond to customer inquiries around the behavior of the developed softwareMentor Software Developer I and Software Developer IIsWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

The base pay for this position generally is between $88,200.00 and $156,600.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
