Within this space, we have suite of applications which calculates Margin and Risk for PB clients. These applications follows complex flows to derive margin based on the exposure taken by clients. Operations team uses these daily generated reports to make decisions to execute margin calls. Within PB, is a suite of applications that support the global securities lending business. Features include Trade Capture and Lifecycle Management, Inventory Management, Supply and Demand Management, Pricing and Analytics. **Job Description** The job requires leading, developing and enhancing the Margin and Risk platform. These are all critical high-volume, time-sensitive systems built using diverse technologies. The candidate will get to see a lot of technologies, design paradigms and patterns in action, and get exposure to nitty-gritties of the Prime Brokerage domain. The individual should be well versed with Global Markets concepts (Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Rates products) and should be a self-starter. The individual should be self-motivated, creative and proactive, to work successfully in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and applications and diverse technologies. The individual will work closely with developers, BA & other team members throughout the SDLC, executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution. The individual should have a strong understanding of SDLC processes (Agile methodology) and the QA lifecycle to support business deliveries. The work involves both, developing and enhancing the platform and optimized performance catering to overgrowing volumes. It requires the ideal candidate to be passionate about and hands-on with technology, be a systematic, logical problem-solver and creative to produce efficient business solutions. It will involve active participation in the system design and architecture along with its implementation, testing and deployment.
