Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problemsCreates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systemsProduces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code developmentGathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systemsProactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architectureContributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologiesAdds to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect

 

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 

Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experienceHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stabilityHands on experience Software Testing, QA Automation, designing and developing Business Driven Development Automated Frameworks using Cucumber, including writing features files (Gherkin) and step definitions.Hands on experience designing and developing UI Automated Scripts (Selenium/ Playwright )Hands on experience designing and developing from API (REST, and SOAP) automated frameworks (RestAssured, Playwright) including Data Mocking and Data Stubbing (Mockito)Hands on experience designing and developing Mobile Automated Testing Frameworks (Appium).Experience in the following tools: Gradle, Maven, Git, Bit bucket, JIRA, Confluence, qTest, JMeter/Load RunnerHands on experience Setting up, Configuring, Running automated tests parallel, simultaneously and in different environments/browsers/mobile (Saucelabs Mobile and Web Integration, Selenium Grid).Hands on experience working in a scrum team Agile setting writing and documenting test cases/scenarios, test execution, finding and reporting defects, supporting Production Validation Testing.Experience in automated testing of APIs and UI testing using Playwright, RestAssured, Selenium, Bruno or similar technology.Proficient in coding in one or more languages
