**What you'll do...**
+ **Full Stack Development:** Expertise in building scalable web applications and APIs using Java, Python, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar).
+ **Data Transformation & Integration:** Ability to extract and transform data from diverse databases, applying appropriate techniques to solve business problems.
+ **Data Source Identification:** Skill in identifying and integrating the most suitable data sources to meet project requirements.
+ **Data Modeling:** Analyze complex data elements, systems, flows, and dependencies to contribute to conceptual, physical, and logical data models.
+ **Robust Pipeline Engineering:** Build and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines in collaboration with internal and external partners.
+ **Customer Insights:** Perform deep analysis leveraging customer datasets to generate actionable insights and improve customer experience.
+ **Sustainable Engineering:** Raise the bar on engineering best practices, producing high-quality code, documentation, testing, and monitoring.
+ **Project Leadership:** Participate in medium- to large-scale, cross-functional projects by reviewing requirements, translating them into technical solutions, developing code, conducting unit testing, and collaborating across teams.
+ **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot open issues and bugs, enhance designs to prevent recurrence, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
**What you'll bring:**
+ Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
+ 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Engineer, Backend Engineer, or similar role software development.
+ Proficient in Java and Python; experience with NodeJS is a plus.
+ Hands-on experience with big data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Elasticsearch, NoSQL databases).
+ Experience with workflow management platforms (Airflow, Data Flow, MilvusDB).
+ Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (GCP, Azure).
+ Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
+ Proficient in PL/SQL for complex data querying and insights generation.
+ Familiarity with security practices and API Gateway integration.
+ Experience with analytics tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
+ Experience with release & deployment, CI/CD pipelines.
+ Excellent organizational and project management skills.
+ Ability to lead design and discovery phases for medium to large projects.
+ Experience with prompt engineering, collaborating with AI copilots, and integrating AI-driven workflows into daily development tasks is highly desirable.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
