The Collect Platform owns the core survey functionality at Qualtrics, enabling our customers to collect and analyze insights from anywhere in the world. \n\nDevelop the ability to build scalable, fast, robust, and simple SaaS solutions.\nDevelop familiarity with containerization, distributed systems, and full-stack development.\nLearn to implement new functionality from provided requirements and specifications.\nBenefit from working with other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers\nParticipate in all stages of the software development lifecycle\nReceive and provide mentorship to other engineers\nLearn Agile methodologies by attending daily stand-up meetings, prioritizing tasks, and working with a sense of urgency to meet a scheduled plan to deliver value to our customers\n\n

Things You’ll Do

\n\nDevelop scalable, fast, robust, and simple web-based solutions to solve complex business problems.\nImplement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance and quality.\nOwn projects from the technical design all the way through to implementation and delivery\nWork closely with and incorporate feedback from other engineers, tech-ops, and product managers.\nMaintain your team’s infrastructure and participate in a bi-monthly on-call rotation.\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\n2+ years of relevant experience\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science\nExperience with modern web programming languages and frameworks (Go, Node, PHP, JavaScript/TypeScript, React)\nExperience with web infrastructure and CI/CD (AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.)\nExperience with software engineering best practices (e.g. unit and integration testing, code reviews, design documents, architecture reviews)\n\n

What You Should Know About This Team

\n

Product and Platform engineering team building, designing, and maintaining world-class SaaS systems powering the most advanced survey building and taking platform globally. Specific ownership includes the fully-accessible survey-taking front-end, tools for analyzing response quality, fraud/bot detection services, and GenAI-powered response validation. Recent projects include ML-powered question recommendations, a fully accessible UI redesign, platform API expansion, and reduced latency for survey takers.

The team is highly collaborative, consistently pushing our tech stack forward, and focused on growing and developing one another as we deliver high-quality software solutions.
