Those intrigued by the prospect of contributing to the digital transformation journey of a Fortune 500 company are encouraged to explore more details about the function through the following Link Purpose of the role This role is part of a website development team focused on architecting, building, and managing scalable, maintainable websites and services, with a primary focus on Content Management Systems (CMS). The individual will take ownership of writing clean, efficient code, developing robust software solutions, and leading design discussions to ensure adherence to development standards. With advanced expertise in multiple technologies, they will deliver high-quality, performant web solutions and drive the management, maintenance, and optimization of sites and services across the entire development lifecycle. The candidate will actively contribute to production support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization while ensuring that all solutions meet long-term scalability and business needs. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Project Leadership & Execution Leading delivery of modules or small-to-mid-sized projects Ensuring high-quality coding and unit testing with a focus on scalability and maintainability Taking initiative in production support and contributing to incident resolution Participating in requirement analysis and clarification with stakeholders Providing effort estimates for modules or features within a project Conducting code reviews and contributing to coding best practices Participating in technical design discussions and recommending improvements Contributing to performance tuning across components Supporting advanced debugging and issue resolution as needed Learning, Development & Mentoring Proactively learning and applying new technologies relevant to project needs Mentoring junior team members on technical skills and development practices Contributing to internal initiatives (Knowledge Sharing, Reading Groups, Hackathons) Continuing to develop interpersonal and leadership skills Technical Consulting & Strategy Preparing and reviewing effort estimations for modules and small projects Providing end-to-end technical solutions for complex tasks Demonstrating functional expertise in one or more business domains Contributing to architectural decisions and technology stack evaluations MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrates the ability to independently define and manage module-level work plans and contribute significantly to overall project planning Has successfully led small projects or key modules in medium/large projects, showing accountability for end-to-end delivery Proficient in multiple technologies/systems, with demonstrated depth in at least one and working breadth across others Actively contributes to the formation, revision, and adoption of IT technical standards, promoting best practices across the team Possesses a strong working knowledge of enterprise application architecture and technical toolsets, and leverages them effectively to solve complex problems Proactively drives issue resolution, demonstrates strong ownership, and manages multiple priorities effectively Demonstrates capability in designing and implementing third-party integrations with SAS Solutions/Systems, with attention to scalability and performance Mentors junior team members by providing guidance on technical challenges, development practices, and project workflows Good to Have: Experience with Sitecore CMS or similar CMS platforms PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Sitecore CMS experience Energizes and inspires others Grows by deepening and sharing expertise Challenges with strategic courage Delivers impactful results across teams Connects and aligns cross-functional efforts
