**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
You will work with Pega COE team and report to Manager Business Process Automation and PEGA Team.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
+ Must have at least 3-5 years of extensive hands on experience on design and development of BPM applications using Pega.
+ Must have at least 3 Pega certifications especially PCSSA
+ Must have hands on experience in Agents, Integrations (SOAP/REST/SQL), Declarative Rules, Decision Rules, Case Types and Cosmos UI
+ Pega Infinity in-depth knowledge and experience of successful projects
+ Experience using Pega architecture, security model and service interfaces to build effective software solutions
+ Experience performing version updates and upgrades , manage data migration , settings configuration and monitor performance
+ Exposure to systems security for Business process management solutions
+ Exposure to Pega Cloud , Pega Diagnostic Center , Pega Deployment Manager
+ Exposure to JAVA / HTML5 / CSS3 / JS / SQL
**WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON**
+ Perform analysis, design and development of BPM applications via Pega Infinity for delivering high performance business solutions for enterprise use
+ Write well designed, testable, efficient configurations and code to support varied and more complex IT solutions
+ Provide strong technical expertise and collaborate with other IT specialists to rapidly develop and deliver stunning solutions that meet changing business needs.
+ Perform all necessary discovery and fact finding to fully understand more complex business problems and opportunities and independently execute all assignments.
+ Analyze and recommend solutions to development and production issues while effectively communicating to the project team, applicable vendors and/or the manager in a timely manner.
+ Research and stay abreast of technology trends and IT best practices, with a focus on continuous learning and possible application to the business.
+ Excellent analytical, and written and oral communication skills.
+ Ability to work both individually and as a member of a team.
+ Provide direction and assistance to less experienced team members.
