We value strong engineering skills above direct IAM experience—so ifyou'rea backend engineer eager to grow in this area,we’dlove to hear from you. **Core Responsibilities** • You will design, build, and implement APIs around our Identity and Access Management platform. • You always think, _how can we improve and automate our solutions?_ • You design and build solutions for self-service. • You will handle support at 3rd level, so you are up for technical challenges and have a strong methodical mentality to tackle these. • Ensure that in a constantly evolving world, improvements are made to stay secure. • You are motivated and driven by improving your current abilities and learning new skillsin the area ofIdentity and Access Management. **Play your part in our team succeeding** You will be a part of a phenomenal team of 6–7 people that is always on thecutting edge, enablingnew technologythat makes it as easy as possible for our colleagues to sign in. You will be in a team that has full-stack responsibility for Identity and Access Control, including subject areas like adaptive multifactor authentication, privileged account management, andpasswordlesssign-in. The Identity and Access Management product team provides a centralized platform for identity, access, and authorization for all types of identities. Weare provisioningidentities, access, and authorization in an automated way, and we believe in self-service. Moreover, we want identity to become a robust security perimeter, believing in a Zero Trust model. **Do you have what it takes?** • Strong backend development skills (e.g., C# .NET). • A methodical and structured approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving. • Strong collaboration skills and a great teammate. • Experience in agile development and a strong commitment to agile methodologies. **Nice to have:** • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). • Experience working with Identity Management platforms like Microsoft Identity Manager. • Proficient in modern authentication methods. • Experience with building APIs in enterprise environments. • Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD). • Interest in or experience with system architecture. **We (mostly) work with:** • C# .NET • ASP.NET CoreWebAPI • PowerShell • Azure Cloud • Microsoft Entra ID Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
