**Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with network staff to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software and systems, strictly fulfilling business objectives and processes.
+ Collaborate with management, decision-makers, and partners to define ambitious business requirements and systems goals, identifying and resolving business systems issues effectively.
+ Support the design and deployment of new applications and improvements to existing applications, software, and operating systems.
+ Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of current systems; develop and implement strategies to improve or further demonstrate these systems.
+ Propose and build system design models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to system programmers and development teams.
+ Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
+ Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports.
+ Support instant ticket game design and development through the entire software development cycle.
+ Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
+ Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
+ Contribute to the game design of other developers in the group.
+ Collaborate with internal customers to determine development requirements.
+ Collaborate and work side-by-side with other fields involved in the development process.
**Qualifications**
IGT Global Requirements:
+ Follow all IGT policies, procedures, and rules related to Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, Information Security, Environmental Compliance, et al.
**Education Required:**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
**Experience Required:**
+ 3+ years of experience in systems planning, software principles, and general software management standard methodologies.
+ 3+ years of design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
**Skills Required:**
+ Good project management skills.
+ Able to understand the goals and objectives of an organization.
+ Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
+ Ability to conduct research into systems issues and products as required.
+ Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

_At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $39,848 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable._
_Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses .
