Software Engineer - Full Stack

This role involves building full-stack features using Typescript, including the frontend and the REST API layer. You will work closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to develop product features and break down complex features into sprint tasks. You thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment with a “take-charge” attitude, demonstrating flexibility and resilience. As a self-sufficient professional, you can work with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams across different time zones. You possess strong end-to-end development skills, working on metadata-driven products and end-to-end application engineering. **Minimum Qualifications:** + A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in **Engineering** or **Computer Science** , accompanied by over **four years of relevant work experience** . + **4+ years** of experience in **JavaScript** and modern frontend frameworks such as **React** . + Proficiency with server-side development in **Node.js** (e.g., **Nest.js/Express.js** ). + Experience with **TypeScript** for both frontend and backend development. + Strong understanding of **UI/UX principles** and best practices. + Good understanding of: + **Client-side state management** , asynchronous tasks, and side effects. + **REST architecture** . + **SPA (Single Page Application) approach** . + **Micro-frontend architecture** . + Common **software design patterns** . + Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., **Jest** , **RTL** , **Cypress** ). + Familiarity with version control systems such as **GitHub** / **Bitbucket** . + Experience working within an **Agile/Scrum framework** . **Bonus Points For:** + Experience in **time-series databases** like **Druid** or **Elasticsearch** . + Knowledge of various databases, including **MSSQL** , **Oracle** and **MongoDB** . + Familiarity with **Observability/Dashboard tools** , such as **ELK Stack** , **Grafana** , etc. **Key Traits We Value:** + Ability to thrive in a **fast-paced, multifaceted environment** with a “take-charge” attitude. + **Flexibility** and **resilience** when navigating challenges. + A **self-sufficient professional** who works with minimal supervision. + Effective collaboration with **distributed teams across time zones** .
