**Job Title:** Software Engineer (ERP)
**Location:** ONSITE in Columbus, OH
**Pay Range:** $90
**Candidates** : US Citizens or GC Holders only, this role is not open to C2C
**What's the Job?**
+ Oversee Test Automation work across multiple teams, leading design, build, refactoring, and deployments for Test Automation Frameworks.
+ Collaborate with hybrid scrum/extreme programming teams to adopt modern Test Automation, Dev-Ops, behavior-driven development, and test-driven development practices.
+ Drive manual and automated QA for packaged applications (ERP) and contribute to best practices for the organization.
+ Mentor and coach less experienced Test Automation Engineers, helping them grow in their current roles.
+ Assist with project delivery, collaborating with resource managers and technical leads on Test Automation releases.
**What's Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
+ 7+ years of experience leading Test Automation teams.
+ 7+ years of experience testing ERP applications (SAP) and integrations.
+ Strong skills in Test Automation coding, execution, and reporting standards.
+ Ability to effectively communicate requirements and maintain Test Automation Frameworks.
