Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, document, deploy, and support high quality technical solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Platform.
Integrate MS Dynamics 365 CRM with other applications using Realtime or batch integrations or building custom solutions using web services.
Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, and efficient architectural design.
Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with different/competing timelines and demands.
Flexible working on Project Implementations, Operations and Support activities.
Own critical Visa applications/services necessitating in coordination with teams in different time zones, including during non-standard hours as necessary.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
QualificationsBasicQualifications
• Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
• 0.5 - 2 years of relevant work experience in backend development using C# and .NET (preferably .NET Core)
• Very Strong .Net and JavaScript skills.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Proactive thinking with a ‘can do’ attitude and have out-of-box thinking attitude.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform or Microsoft Power Portals will be strongly preferred
• Experience with C# or Visual Basic, Visual Studio, Web Services.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycles, continuous integration, and delivery methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for data manipulation
• Understanding of authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a complex organization to determine business and customer needs, providing the best solution to meet those needs.
