Job Description

Software Engineer Consultant II implements applications following 12-factor principles to build out the product and iterative enhancements. We are seeking a skilled software engineer with 3–4 years of experience in SQL and .NET C#. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SQL, XML, and ETL or SSIS development. Strong coding and debugging skills, as well as the ability to teach and collaborate with the team, are essential. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control using GIT is also required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, debug, and maintain applications in .NET C#.
• Work with ETL processes, preferably with SSIS.
• Collaborate within Agile sprints, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Use GIT for version control and source code management.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures, including large data sets, complex joins, and performance tuning.
• Create, parse, and query XML data within databases and applications.

Education• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)Experience

• 3–4 years of experience in SQL and .NET C#.
• Hands-on experience working with XML data and writing XML queries (e.g., XPath, XQuery, or using SQL Server's XML features).
• Experience with Python development, especially in migration projects, is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience with ETL processes or SSIS.
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to handle complex queries and procedures.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Experience with GIT version control.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
