This role requires you to work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia (Salitre area).
Our Motive is to create action games within iconic worlds where every player feels like the hero. Our passion has taken us from imagining dogfighter pilots in Star Wars™: Squadrons, to re-creating Isaac Clarke onboard the Ishimura in Dead Space™, and now to building an original Iron Man action-adventure video game.
To help us realize this vision, Motive is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our Iron Man team to help lead and evolve our automation strategy, working with advanced technologies and great partners. You will report to our SQ Development Director.
Responsibilities:
You will work independently, be able to plan out weekly goals, and deliver them within the planned schedule
You will participate and communicate ideas to the Automation team to improve existing automation strategies
You will work with other teams of multiple disciplines to maintain automated tests for the game
You will develop automated tests as part of the CI/CD process
You will monitor and improve the automated test suite
Qualifications:
You have 5+ years of Test Automation experience
You understand QA/QC processes
You have experience with game engines and toolsets, a bonus if you have experience with Unreal
You have experience building test automation strategies, technology and practices
You have a solid foundation in computer science fundamentals, algorithms, design patterns, test-driven development, CI/CD processes and data structures
