We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with Oracle HCM Technical/ Techno functional skillset to join our team.
As an Oracle Software Engineer, he/she will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions using Oracle HCM technologies specifically for Compensation Module. He/She will work closely with other engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure that our systems are reliable, scalable, and meet the needs of our users.
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in multiple Oracle HCM modules – preferably in Workforce Compensation and/or Core HR Strong understanding of Oracle HCM architecture, integrations, and best practices. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud solution implementation and support projects Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and be a team player when needed. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and commitment to Quality.Preferred Qualifications:
Oracle HCM certifications in minimum one of the modules in Oracle HCM – Compensation, CORE HR Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA Experience in consulting for new projects and experience in Support Projects. Experience in other HR modules in the Hire to Retire life cycle of an employeeMinimum education required for the role: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum number of years of experience required: 3 to 6 years of experience in implementing technical and support existing Oracle HCM solutions implemented in Workforce compensation Module and Core HR
Below are the roles and Responsibilities of the job.
Design and implement fast formulas for workforce compensation Module Design and implement custom solutions using Oracle HCM tools and technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle HCM. Support Migration of date (HDL, Batch Loader, Spreadsheet Loaders) Support Reporting and Analytics in Oracle HCM (as many of: OTBI, BIP, SQL, XML/XSL, Extracts, Logical SQL) for Workforce Compensation and Core HR module Support on latest Oracle HCM releases, updates and adopt new utilities and features of Oracle HCM application. Provide technical guidance on Oracle HCM modules preferably in Workforce Compensation and Core HR modules Collaborate effectively with other team members, including developers, analysts, and project managers on assessing technical solutions. Work closely with Project Managers and Product owners to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Mentor and guide junior team members on technical best practices. Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment
