We are seeking a talented UI/UX Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces that provide a seamless and visually appealing user experience. This role involves close collaboration with back-end developers, designers, and product managers to ensure the integration of design with backend functionality.

This includes activities to configure the system behaviour by defined specification, cooperate on project documents (specification, diagrams, flows, documentation), contribute to the integration phase of a project, and communicate within a development team and with the project manager, solution architect and customer. Participate on the building, configuration and deliver software that manages ATMs and other banking operations. 

This is a hybrid role, with a blend on working in the office and at the customer’s site.

Responsibilities

Design and Implementation: Create and implement user interface components for web and mobile applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. User Experience: Translate product requirements into user-friendly interfaces, ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimization: Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to deliver high-quality solutions. Testing and Maintenance: Perform user interface compatibility tests across different browsers and environments, and update applications as needed. Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation regarding user interface design and coding.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field. Experience: Several years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InVision. Skills: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Figma and a deep understanding of user interface design principles and software development methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
