Responsibilities

Responsible for application support, maintenance, documentation, testing, and validation as directed to ensure high availabilityAnalyze code components, debugs, maintains and implements projectsWorks closely with end users to understand business needsProvides issue remediation and testing support across supported applicationsAssist Support Team members with day to day Technical issue resolution and enhancement requests.Applies a basic understanding of procedures, methodology, and application standards to include Payment Card Industry (PCI) security complianceEnsures development and implementation of  solutions that follow product development guidelines and are in line with established design standardsResolves or escalates issues as appropriateSupport and establish communication to both technical and non-technical audiencesParticipate in code reviews and application tuning activitiesMaintain SOX Audit and application control/integrity requirements and SDLC/complianceWork with Oracle through their support portal.

Minimum QualificationsBS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fieldAt least 2-3  years of experience with Oracle SaaS, PaaS and OIC ApplicationsHands on development experience with OTBI and BI publisher report developmentHands on OIC Integration development experienceHands-on experience with XML, SFTPAbility to identify and apply creative and innovative technical approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems.Must be able to analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary.Must be able to develop unit test scripts and coordinate with internal customers to perform User Acceptance Testing of designed system enhancements or custom solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Technical development in SCM and AR Modules DesirableProven skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesPrefer to have some experience with VBCS, Autonomous Database and GIT HubWhat Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?Experience in designing, developing, and implementing interfaces, extensions, and reports in Oracle Cloud ERP Fusion Saas, Paas, OICStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and integrations that connect multiple systems and platformsKnowledge of any integration platform like Oracle SOA/Oracle Integration CloudShould have experience in implementation and support projectsAbility to work independently and manage multiple task assignmentsExcellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skillsAbility to contribute to the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, configuration, programming and unit testingAbility to produce end-user and technical documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
