Kforce has a client in Sunrise, FL that is seeking a Software Engineer. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain end-to-end workflows within the collections system (FACS), adhering to change management policies * Design and implement reports and dashboards using tools such as SQL, MUMPS logic, and PowerShell * Execute daily, weekly, and monthly data processes following established procedures * Administer hardware and software systems used by the collections division * Maintain up-to-date documentation for all procedures * Prepare written communications for agency leadership and external vendors * Document completed work, including screenshots and system configuration changes * Communicate system issues related to hardware, software, and programming routines * Maintain a log of system issues and corrective actions * Assist in updating and maintaining procedural documentation * Ensure system integrity across all collection division systems * Perform other duties as assigned
