Overall, this role will be responsible for assisting with the integration and enhancement and support of our Sales, Marketing and Customer solutions. You will work on various support and large projects to ensure seamless integration with our websites and marketing technologies. Additionally, you will help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, collaborate with team members to implement new features, contributing to the overall continuous improvement of our application eco-system. 

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:  

Educational Background: Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Technical Skills: Basic understanding of enterprise system, web technologies.  Sales, Marketing and/or customer CRM systems a plus.  Familiarity with recent AI concepts and tools is a plus.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Eagerness to Learn: Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.MORE ABOUT SKILLSOFT:
