Knowledge Experience / QualificationsA university graduate with degree in computer science or a related discipline.4 years IT experience in system development with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Solid skill set and development experience in React/React Native or Angular, Java Script, Unix/Linux, GitHub and Maven/Gradle is essential.Solid knowledge of Spring framework, hands on development experience on Spring Spring Boot, Restful API development.Experience of DevOps focused environment and Agile Team, and knowledge of DevOps tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, Ansible etc.).Technical experience in system architecture design will be strong advantage.Technical experience in micro service architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS Platform will be strong advantage.Business knowledge in life insurance domain will be an advantage.Strong problem-solving skills, able to work independently and under pressure against multiple deadlines.Strong communication skills and documentation skills.Enthusiastic and self-motivated with excellent time management skills and strong initiative.Want to be part of a world class team, working for a business with a need and appreciation for excellent software engineers.Excellent knowledge of their technical environment and will have significant responsibility in setting the way forward in the types of technology they look after.
