Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Software Engineer. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using front end and backend technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable software applications. Collaborate with product owners business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs. Write clean efficient and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. Develop and maintain web APIs services. Implement software solutions using ASP.net frameworks. Conduct testing of completed applications, websites and software to Assess user experience. Use coding to develop the aesthetics implemented within a website or product, from the layout menus and dropdown options to colors and fonts. Develop overall concepts for improving the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for customers. Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability. Develop new Frontend features for evolving products and platforms. Ensure on-time and high-quality product delivery. Develop and execute unit tests and support functional, non-functional testing. Prepare and release products through non-production and production environments. Support new products through deployment lifecycle.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related technical/analytical field, plus five (5) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience must include working with: .Net development; Web APIs; HTML; CSS; User Experience Design; Oracle; SQL; ASP.Net; .Net Framework. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

The base salary range for this position is $130,541- $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
