Concentrix CVG Customer Management Group Inc. has multiple openings for the position of Software Engineer. Work may be performed in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. depending on specific project needs. Travel and/or relocation may be required. Telecommuting may be permitted.

The Software Engineer will work in tandem with engineering team to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company. Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance. Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to developer teams to build their cloud competencies. Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards for code quality and thoughtful design. Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines.

The position requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related technical/analytical field, plus two (2) years of experience in the same or similar IT/Computer-related field. Required experience or education must include working with: Cloud Computing with Azure, AWS, and GCP; Kubernetes; security protocols; distributed systems; and algorithm design and analysis. Permanent U.S. work authorization is required for this position (no visa sponsorship available).

The base salary range for this position is $120,536 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
