**Job Summary** We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires proficiency in English and offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements. **Responsibilities** + Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design develop and implement new features and enhancements. + Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. + Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues. + Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members. + Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed software. + Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the software remains current and competitive. + Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new projects. + Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members. + Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. + Ensure software solutions comply with security and compliance standards. + Optimize application performance and scalability. + Conduct unit testing and participate in integration testing to ensure software reliability. **Qualifications** + Possess strong technical skills in SQL Server C# React JS SQL Azure JavaScript and .Net Framework. + Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining software applications. + Exhibit proficiency in English both written and spoken. + Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. + Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance (nice to have). + Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **Certifications Required** Knowledge in Angular/Ready to learn Angular Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
