As a Senior Software Engineer you will: 

Design and implement robust software solutions that accelerate research workflows and improve data analysis capabilitiesLead technical decision-making for key projects, ensuring scalable and maintainable architecturesMentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong engineering culture Set technical standards and drive adoption of best practices across the teamSupport and collaborate with other teams to optimize workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.Advocate for best engineering practicesSurprise us

About you

Technical Requirements 

Experience with one or more of the major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Infrastructure as Code – Terraform, AWS CDK, or similarProficiency in JavaScript/Node.jsProficiency in React or similar frameworkExperience building and maintaining microservice architectures, designing APIs, and cloud security best practices knowledgeCI/CD practices and DevOps principles 

Soft & Behavioral Skills

Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and resultsService-oriented, flexible, and a team player who takes initiativeStrong problem-solving & critical thinking skillsExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishGrowth mindset with enthusiasm for learning new technologies and approachesInnovation-focused with a willingness to experiment and introduce improved ways of workingSurprise us with innovative approaches to exponentially increase our productivity

Your background

5+ years of experience (or equivalent knowledge) (If you feel qualified, apply regardless of years of experience!)Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience is a plusExperience in an innovative, fast-paced environment
