As a Project Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and technical excellence within our development team. Leading a team of highly skilled developers, you will contribute in the Airports Airside development and deployment while ensuring it drives safety and operational efficiency for the customers. **Requirements:** + Overall 8+ years of experience in hands -On software product development + 3-5 years of experience in people management + Hands-on experience in software development using C/C++/Java and scripting + Experience in building real time multi-disciplinary products + Knowledge of AI/ML for navigation and analytics + Experience in deploying visual and metrics-based management practices in agile teams for effective scope, quality, and schedule management in collaboration with business and functional stakeholders + Knowledge of Aerospace /Airports Air side regulatory needs and domain is a plus + Experience in leading Agile teams in SAFe release trains is a plus + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work under minimal supervision + Strong leadership and management skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment + Passion for innovation and continuous learning + Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving capability Key Responsibilities + Oversee product development activities, assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure successful execution + Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to build and deliver the product roadmap + Lead product design and development, ensuring adherence to engineering standards and alignment with product or program specifications + Recruit, develop skills, and manage the career and performance of a team of 10-12 developers + Establish engineering practices to drive efficiency in product development while maintaining high-quality standards + Mentor and guide team members to resolve technical challenges during development + Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to resolve risks and dependencies + Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into product development YOU MUST HAVE + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
