Description

We’re seeking a Software Development Team Lead to oversee and support a team of developers in the product development group that are building top-quality software solutions. In this role, you’ll serve as both a scrum master and a people manager. You’ll offer guidance and technical leadership across cloud and on-premises development projects—taking them from initial concept all the way to deployment. This position calls for strong technical know-how combined with solid leadership capabilities. The right candidate will lead development efforts, enhance team efficiency, and ensure projects stay aligned with organizational objectives.

The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
