Position's General Duties and Tasks

In these roles you will be responsible for:

Responsible for development, testing, and maintenance of software applications and systemsLead the planning and design of product and technical initiatives and mentor Developers/ team membersDrive improvements in engineering techniques, standards, practices, and processes across the entire department, always encouraging a culture of knowledge sharing and collaborationCollaborate with the team members to ensure that the deliverables are of high Quality, optimized and adhere to performance standardsEngage with key internal stakeholders, to understand user requirements, prepare low lever design documents to be shared with the development teamCollaborate with QA and development team determine systems planning, scheduling and committed timeline are adhered to ensure the project is completed in scheduled timeParticipate in Agile planning and estimation activities to break down large tasks into smaller tasksResolve Team’s Query and escalate it to team lead if any clarification is required from the customerProvide technical guidance to team and lead/ Resolve issuesimplement reusable frameworks – Environment management and layout designMentor Jr/ team members and supporting the interviews/ evaluation

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full-Stack Developer to join our dynamic and collaborative engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing scalable Java-based systems, working with real-time data platforms, and building modern, responsive user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust Java-based backend systems with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability.Build and maintain real-time messaging and data ingestion pipelines using technologies such as Apache Kafka.Create intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular.Design and manage relational databases with a deep understanding of SQL and ORM tools like JPA2 and Hibernate.Drive and support continuous integration, testing, and deployment processes following a test-driven development (TDD) approach.Collaborate effectively with distributed teams across multiple time zones, contributing to a global team culture.Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices, bringing innovative ideas into the team.Quickly adapt to new tools and technologies as needed for project success.

Points to emphasize:

Candidate must have overall experience of 7+ years in developing JAVA and microservices applicationsCandidate must have excellent communication skills - written and Oral effectively to exchange information with our clientCandidate must have worked in multiple development projectsMajority of work experience should be in Banking domainCandidate must have hands on coding experience Candidate must have worked as individual contributor / senior developer roleBE/B. Tech graduate or equivalent with English as a compulsory subject

Onsite experienceIndustry certification would be nice to have

 

 

Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (12:00PM to 10:00pm IST) with a mandate of twice a week WFO.  The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend’s basis business requirement.
