+ Strong technical knowledge on ISPF, COBOL , JCL, DB2 , CICS ,VSAM, IMS-DB/DC, REXX, Easytrieve, + Identify the areas of improvement and provide solutions in optimising or automating the manual process to bring benefit both to the technical team and business + Strong knowledge on IBM utilities, OPC scheduler Endevor, File-Aid, expeditor. + Participation in Service introduction calls and effectively complete KT process + Have experience in supporting for DR exercises + Have understanding of the ITIL process + Have the ability to handle production incident calls and war room calls. + Good communication and coordination experience between teams. + BFSI domain experience would be desirable. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. + Oncall support , irish working hours
