Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is developing a region build service to drive region build. This role will lead a team, which is responsible for building and scaling the region build platform to build more regions. The manager in this role will drive the strategic vision for region build lifecycle, partner with key stakeholders across engineering, compliance, and build infrastructure, and guide the delivery of automated guardrails that prevent customer-impacting issues. Additionally the manager will be responsible for growing and mentoring a high-performing engineering team, and ensuring technical alignment across initiatives. This role is critical to improving engineering quality and operational resilience across OCI.
