HOW A SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

Lead and mentor a team of software developersOversee day-to-day operations, including task assignment, managing backlog of efforts and prioritizing implementation, performance management, and professional developmentManages the design and development of software development for new and existing computer systemsCreates basic documentation in work changes, revisions, or problemsWalk customers or training personnel through recommended problem-solving steps in use of the applicationAttends and presents at customer and executive-level meetingsManage Task Order(s) ensuring all software development tasks are complete meet schedule, and performance requirements  Direct project assignment, lead software projects from planning through execution and deploymentCoordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved within scope and budgetDevelop and maintain comprehensive software documentation, operational procedures, and policiesOther duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

The likely salary range for this position is $129,311 - $174,951. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
