We’re looking for an experienced Software Development Manager to lead our application teams at Ford. In this high-visibility role, you’ll oversee the architecture, development and delivery of business-critical applications that drive our digital transformation. You’ll set technical standards and guide your teams through design, coding, testing, deployment and maintenance.

You’ll build and mentor distributed engineering teams—both local and global—while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation and continuous improvement.
