The Alexa Runtime Capabilities and Automation team is responsible for the control and runtime services in charge of event processing and bi-directional streaming between Alexa devices and the Alexa cloud, as well as for the foundational primitives that enable capabilities and routine control. As the Software Development Manager of the Runtime Capabilities and Automation team, you will lead a team of engineers in developing and enhancing mission critical systems that support millions of Alexa customers globally.


Key job responsibilities
* Lead the architecture and evolution of high-throughput event processing systems
* Drive the evolution of bi-directional streaming capabilities between Alexa devices and cloud services to enable fluid low-latency multimodal customer experiences
* Pioneer the next generation of self-service platforms enabling developers to create custom routines and capabilities with minimal friction
