SAP’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) team is building secure cloud applications—and this role puts you in a technical leadership position. As a Software Development Expert in Brno, you’ll architect and deliver microservice-based IAM solutions using cutting-edge cloud-native technologies.

 

Bring it

You’re a seasoned engineer with deep cloud expertise and a passion for secure, scalable systems. You bring:

A master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

6+ years of experience with Java, Spring Boot, OData, SQL, and Git

Proven skills in profiling and observability of Java applications

Experience with platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, Cloud Foundry, or similar

Familiarity with tools like Kubernetes, Kyma, Dynatrace, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Kibana, and WebDriverIO

A collaborative mindset and eagerness to share knowledge

 

Build it

You’ll lead the design and development of robust IAM cloud applications. Your work will:

Architect scalable, performant services using cloud-native best practices

Align with other architects and teams on integration and design proposals

Tackle complex development challenges and provide technical guidance

Optimize performance and cost across services

Support compliance and standards across development

Mentor peers and identify learning opportunities
