The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project strategies and requirements, both functional and non-functional, and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products. **What you will do:** + Understand project strategy and requirements (both functional and non-functional) + Recommend automation and non-functional tools to aid manual testing efforts + Define automation coverage for work item under test + Drive technical conversations that bridge the gap between QA and Development groups + Set up, rollout and maintain test automation frameworks for mobile, web, and back-end systems. + Enforce compliance on automation standards through review and approval of PRs + Support in executing manual exploratory tests and document results in a Test Closure Report + Report issues in JIRA for work item under test **What you will need to have:** + 5+ years of experience with testing fundamentals, defect management, and their corresponding tools + 5+ years of experience with programming languages and development tooling with Kotlin, Swift, C#, Typescript/Javascript, Android Studio, Xcode, Visual Studio, Jetpack Compose, Swift UI, orReact + 5+ years of experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices, including the ability to design complex pipelines with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, yaml + Understanding of how production code works, including how it interacts with different components + Set up, rollout and maintain test automation frameworks for mobile, web, and back-end systems with Espresso, XCTest, Junit, XUnit, Playwright, k6, pact + Keep current with the constantly changing technology industry.
