What you will do:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of developers and engineers to ensure successful project delivery.Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals and objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions.Conduct technical reviews, code walkthroughs, and provide technical guidance to team members.Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.Monitor and evaluate technology performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive innovation.Provide technical expertise in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.What you will need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.8+ years of experience in technology roles.10+ years of experience with technical skills in programming languages, frameworks, and software development.3+ years of experience in analyzing complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.3+ years of strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.5+ years of experience in Agile development methodologies and project management practices.Fiserv system experienceWhat would be great to have:
