TITLE:                                 Software Development Engineering – Advisor I (formerly known as Senior Application Analyst)

EMPLOYER:                               Fiserv Solutions, LLC

LOCATION:                                 Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)

DUTIES:                                      Define and develop solutions on host centric mainframe platform. Work with cross-platform technology teams and business units to implement strategy using legacy technology and programming languages. Code, test, debug, document, implement and maintain software applications. Maintain, test and integrate application component. Performance tune and test mainframe code, troubleshoot performance problems, prepare code for deployment and finish all necessary SDLC documentation.

REQUIREMENTS:                     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field and 7 years in any job title involving COBOL software development experience.  Prior experience must include: 7 years of IT experience in the Banking and Financial industry; Working with Mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2 CICS, Endevor, File-AID, Stored Procedures and VSAM; Working with complex internal business processes and functions to solution architectural designs; Writing functional business requirements and developing detailed designs; Working in the full Software Development Life Cycle using testing methodologies; and Completing root cause analysis for production support.
