To achieve this, we are seeking for Test Automation Engineer to join our Transformation Realized™ Consulting practice. Our team is part of EY’s Central, Eastern and Southeastern Europe & Central Asia (CESA) cluster, delivering market leading services to organizations across industries in Cyprus and internationally.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust, scalable test automation frameworks and tools that integrate seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with architects and DevOps engineers to embed quality into the software delivery lifecycle from the ground up. Develop advanced automated test suites for APIs, microservices, and distributed systems as well as mobile, web and desktop apps. Drive shift-left testing practices and champion quality engineering principles across teams. Investigate complex technical challenges and deliver innovative, practical solutions without blockers. Contribute to performance, security, and reliability testing strategies. Mentor team members on automation best practices and modern testing approaches.

 

To qualify for the role, you should have:

4–8 years of experience in software development and test automation. Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages. Proven experience building automation frameworks from scratch. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Solid understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently in ambiguous situations. Excellent communication skills in English.
