This Director role will lead the Capacity Forecasting, End-to-end automation of capacity provisioning, and monitoring of deployed capacity for all Tier-0 network services such as Network Load Balancer, Private Endpoints, Service Gateway, and Internet/NAT/Dynamic Routing Gateways.  The team is responsible for scaling OCI’s global network footprint, accelerating site launches, and ensuring the stabilityrequired for customer workloads in all Oracle environments.

We’re looking for a mature leader with deep experience in delivering and managing capacity at scale, and a passion for customer success. You will play a pivotal role in defining strategy, delivering new services, and growing the organization to support OCI’s expanding footprint. You will influence priorities both within your space and across the broader Networking org. A key part of your role will also be recruiting and developing a high-performing team capable of delivering large-scale automation initiatives.
