Establishing and stimulating software development standards and processes along with best practices for the entire org Developing strategic plans to accomplish technical as well as business objectives with leadership chain,team and customers Basic Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Sciences 10+ years of experience in software development. 5+ years of experience in leading enterprise level initiatives. Experience in software design and coding in a modern programming language. Experience developing distributed systems and understanding of scale, reliability and performance.   Preferred Qualifications Experience in leading teams that have delivered successful products Experience with cloud technologies
