We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in GDL, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
A full-stack engineer with React develops and maintains web and mobile applications using React and other technologies. They work on both the front-end and back-end of applications, and collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and test software
• Ensure front-end and back-end systems integrate seamlessly
• Optimize systems for performance and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software bugs
• Enhance user experience
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews
• Maintain quality standards
Nice to have
• Strong React for UI with Hands-on experience with Python, Software development concepts (Object-oriented or Functional Programming)
• AI/ML RAG with OpenAI for backend
• Bachelor Degree
• English Speaking
• Bonus: GenAI or Agentic AI experience
