As an Operations Automation Associate in Commercial & Investment Bank, you conduct intermediate intelligent automation and business analysis to gather requirements from the Operational Function to translate process improvements and solutions for operations efficiencies. You gather information, execute, and implement automation and the digitization strategy to deliver the outcomes of the automation to support the Operations function. 
Job responsibilitiesEngages with stakeholders to support all aspects of process automation engagements including requirements gathering, solution architecture, solution development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement while adhering to the firm’s standards, controls, and intelligence automation solutions governanceContributes to the implementation of the operational automation strategy involving intelligence automation tools, and contributes to the identification of Objectives and Key Results (OKR), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), or metrics to deliver benefits from operational automationCollaborate with technology teams to create the necessary infrastructure that supports both traditional coding and low-code automation capabilities.Utilizes intelligent automation solutions which allows the team to automate functions and deliver benefits including capacity creation, risk reduction, and the streamlining of operational processesCoach and mentor less experienced team members on automation tools and potentially create and/or deliver training curriculum and courses around workflow automationImplement the operational automation strategy involving intelligent automation tools and work with technology to create the required infrastructure to support automation capabilitiesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience and proven ability to gather and analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implicationsIntermediate experience using Microsoft Office suite, including SharePointProficiency in programming languages and technologies, including Python, Java, HTML/CSS3, and JavaScript, with familiarity in both SQL and NoSQL database systemsExperience with cloud hosting platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern front-end technologiesExperience with version control systems (GitHub, Bit Bucket, etc.)Proven experience in collaborating effectively across all levels of an organization
