Our team is responsible for the Application Portfolio Management, Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Security Operations capabilities for the CIO organization using the ServiceNow platform. You will be part of an energetic, agile, development/operations-focused team with a strong sense of future improvement. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Agile experience * Knowledge on JavaScript, NodeJS, HTML, CSS and SQL. * Knowledge on GitHub and DevOps tools * Experience with PowerShell, JSON, REST and SOAP, business rules & script includes * User Experience design awareness * English Fluent **Preferred technical and professional experience** * ServiceNow Portal, widget, AngularJS, JavaScript * Database administration, table administration. Store procedures, functions, views, indexes. * PowerShell, JSON, REST and SOAP. * ServiceNow development: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client and Server scripts, UI pages, Rest API explored, Flow Designer. * MID server and direct/Scripted web services. Good to have: * Good understanding of Python with a focus on writing efficient and maintainable code. * Understanding of both SQL (e.g., MySQL, DB2) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases. * Understanding and experience writing and executing Unit and Integration Tests as part of Test-Driven DevOps Development * Basic understanding of AI concepts to support the integration and development of AI services.
