The role

• Falko Taeuber* is the Hiring Lead you`ll talk to when it comes to more details about the role, environment of work and career perspectives. He describes the role as follows:

• In this role you will play a pivotal role in defining our engineering and architectural framework, and standards for these critical applications.

• As a member of our CRM platform team, you will be responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and its multiple integrated business applications.

• Leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the development of robust processes, frameworks, and best practices to optimize these environments.

Lifecycle Management

• Support the entire lifecycle of solutions, from design to post-implementation support.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition between project phases.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Monitor the performance of our CRM platform, especially in combination with integrated .Net solutions.

• Identify areas for optimization and implement necessary measures to ensure efficient and responsive applications.

• Automate processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Governance and Best Practices

• Contribute to the development and the architecture and standards for the CRM platform.

• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall effectiveness of the platforms.

• Ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines for CRM Platform.

Solution Transformation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into reusable and manageable solutions.

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with business objectives.

Integration Support

• Provide expertise in the integration of solutions with various business-critical applications.

• Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between the systems.

Your experience:

• Solid experience in .NET Engineering / Development

• Worked on the development of multiple high-performance .NET applications, ensuring optimal API functionality and integration.

• Implemented comprehensive API monitoring strategies, resulting in significant improvements in system reliability and performance.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable solutions, meeting business requirements and enhancing user satisfaction.

Your skillset:

.NET Framework:

• Proficiency in working with the .NET Framework, including understanding its architecture, libraries, and development tools

API Development:

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and consuming APIs.

• Knowledge of RESTful API principles and best practices.  Building Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Azure)

• Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory.

• Ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions that leverage Azure’s scalability and reliability

ServiceBus:

• Familiarity with Azure Service Bus, a reliable messaging service for asynchronous communication between distributed applications.

• Understanding message queues, topics, and subscriptions.

• Knowledge of data integration patterns, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures

Self Troubleshooting:

• A proactive mindset for identifying and resolving issues within Enterprise Applications and it’s integrations.

• Skill in diagnosing errors, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems independently.

Your communication skill:

• Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a multi-cultural / global environment

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Team player able to work with internal as well as external development teams in different locations
