Kforce has a client that is seeking an AI Software Developer in Fremont, CA (5 days onsite per week) for a 6 Month Contract to Hire opportunity. Responsibilities: Software Developer - Applied AI and Backend: * Serve as a member of the service software development team, designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and Python to enhance our service and customer support environments * Contribute to backend API development using .NET to support scalable, robust applications * Translate ambiguous problem statements into effective, scalable solutions by applying LLMs and related AI technologies * Collaborate closely with partners in vehicle service operations, energy service operations, and customer support to address critical operational challenges * Take ownership of AI-driven solutions and APIs in production, ensuring robust monitoring and alerting systems to address issues promptly * Work with diverse data types, including text, voice, and tabular data, to build user-focused solutions * Develop and deploy AI solutions using LLMs to solve real-world operational and customer support challenges * Design and implement scalable backend APIs using .NET to support AI-driven applications and services * Write high-quality, maintainable Python code for data processing, model integration, and application development * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI and backend solutions * Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms to ensure the reliability of production systems, including APIs and AI models * Process and integrate diverse datasets (e.g., text, voice, tabular) to support AI applications * Contribute to sustainable, modular codebases in both Python and .NET to streamline development and deployment
