QualificationsEducational qualification:
BE / BTECH in Computer Science / EEE
Experience :
· 4 - 6 years of experience in embedded firmware design and development
Mandatory Skills :
· Solid programming experience in C
· Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets such as STM, NXP, TI, etc.
· Low level driver development like PWM, UART, GPIO, SPI, I2C
· Experience in CAN communication protocol (Add-on: Ethernet)
· Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components.
· Enthusiasm for getting things done, taking personal responsibility, adding value within a team setting, and ability to work with minimal supervision
Good-to-have Skills : Familiarity with software configuration management tools, defect tracking tools, and peer review (github, JIRA)
· Knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems
· Experience with BLE based application development
· Proven experience in embedded systems design with preemptive, multitasking real-time operating systems like FreeRTOS, ThreadX, embOS
· Knwoledge of Functional Safety concepts through ISO61508 / ISO26262 will be a big plus
· Bootloader development for MCUs like STM32, EFR32
· Adapt to agile methodology
· Secure Boot, Secure Flash, Secure Commcn. concepts
